Thanks for the offer. I broke down and further violated my test machine, making it dual monitor. My kooky scheme seems to work for the dual monitor set no more sizable window, here is what it does. I added two variables to the ini TOP and LEFT when set to 0,0 the work just fine when set to 0 and -1000 they put the screen on the second screen. It seems functional, no drag ability, but it works. I will strip out the flaky code I put in for new screen fade stuff and post tonight. Sorry for the delay.
