Sont Slink Amp Volume control

there is a command in ampsls.cde:

01000000:volume # reports volume level

I get an error message for this command with two different slink amps.

Other commands work great (vol+, vol-, mode, etc.)

I am receiving the error from the amp, not a generic cdj error, and can receive other events from the amp such as power_off.

Anyone using this command? I must be missing something :>)
