Shutting Down CDJ

I've noticed ever since the incpetion of Bug Buddy it gives me the "You are still attached to a running process are you sure you want to quit" any time I select Restart from the Windows menu. It's another one of those, 'big deal just hit yes' problems, but I do remote restarts and CDJ makes the process hang until I hit yes. Any thoughts?
