Thanks for the compliment, but there are others out there at the same and higher skill level. I have just been doing it longer than most. Give me some indications of what you would like to se on a low level automation primer and I will see what I can do. I acutally authored such a document on the Philips Pronto IR coding protocol and it has become the reference document on that niche subject. I am writing a series of articles for the magazine Home Automator covering my PC based HT control system and its philosophy of operation. One of the chapters will be on Slinke as the main interface unit to all IR and s-link based systems and the use of the Slinke server as automation middleware. This might even result in some more sales for Colby. I would be more than willing to expand on the slinke low level automation interface and use if I knew what you and others would be interested in knowing.
