Yes. You just need to plug your TV into the control-S output of the Slink-e and load a modified version of the Sony tv.cde device file. The change you need to make to the file is from
include=sonyir.cde
to
include=sonycs.cde
this will change the carrier from 40kHz to zero and allow the Control-S port to work properly.
