If you want to build you own go to the site Directron.com and look at their BOOK PC. You can put together a real nice system for about $425 (BareBones PC, everything except Processor,Memory,HD,serial ports $199) HD 4.3 Gig $89, Memory 64 meg ($69) Procesor Celleron 366 with Cooler (65). The only thing missing is USB to serial adapter hub which should be less than $100.
I took mine apart and had the casework painted black including the CD rom faceplate and the floppy faceplate. Looks real cool, works like a charm. A little noisy.
