CDDB/CDJ Lock up Cont.

When you say to download the newer version, is this the file you are referring to:
http://128.218.46.77/download/programs/slinke011900.exe
Could my lock up problem also be caused by installing ADO 2.1 before DCOM95? If so, how would you recommend reversing this. I am not sure if this is what happened (I am pretty sure I installed DCOM95 first).
