IR TV cmds for channels greater than 9

Not strictly slinke, but can somebody please help me understand how to send Sony IR channel change commands for channels greater than 9 ? ie change to channel 23 ? I see the 0-9 numbers but how to get to 23 without Ch+ dozens of times ?
