Start - stop CD players

Recently I learned that I can start and stop the CD players using the command sleepawakentoggle, which works perfectly. I also see that it is possible to customize your own toolbar. I would like to create an icon in the toolbar that has the command sleepawakentoggle in it. That would make this procedure look much nicer.

Could anybody tell me how I could make such a new icon with this command. The help dictionnairy does not give a solution here.
