Infrared keyboard

Is anyone using an infrared keyboard to control CDJ? I was thinking of the following scenario:

All my audio equipment and the CDJ computer are in a room separate from the main listening area (living room). If I got a video card for the PC that provided video out, I could see the CDJ screen on the TV. Then, using an infrared keyboard, I could control CDJ from the listening room.

I saw an IR keyboard from PC Concepts that included a built-in pointing device. Seems that it would work (assuming IR range ard frequency are ok).

It would, however, be nice if CDJ was more keyboard friendly so you wouldn't have to rely on the mouse so much.
