Once I disconnected the yet unused Control-S interface it worked fine. I just got a message from David Aue that a patch is coming that fixes the problem (which has never occurred when the system was running "stand-alone"). Beyond that the system does an awesome job of automatic digital switching, a feature I orginally thought I would forgo for want of Slink based switching through the DXS. The auto switching makes things even easier and does not require a computer. Overall excellent build and quality, strongly recommend it. I would be in heaven if such a product existed for video switching.
