This isn't the official answer, but I'm pretty sure that track text cannot be uploaded--I don't think Sony ever envisioned a case where this would be needed. I wouldn't want it anyway--the CDText CDs I have that show track titles are kind of annoying. I'd rather see album title.

Of course, my CD players are now behind a wall, and only the cable to the slinke is visible...I love this product!
