I don't know what version of cdj you are useing but the one i am useing (the latest bata version) will do both. Just make a shortcut on your desk top to the playlist. make sure that you have cdj as the association for .pla files. Or you could just Double click the playlist from explorer. You can also use the command line statement IE c:\nivs\xmas.pla will work or c:\nivs\cdj.exe xmas.pla found that would work too Now my problem is: I am useing Homeseer automaition and when i try use these cammands either in an event or right from the the run menu of windiows the will not work! CDJ comes up but does not load the playlist. I am at a lose as to why. They are not sharing any reasourse of any kind all i can see is in the SLINK view windows i see just a statment ERROR. But if i close Homeseer it works fine! Colby we really need a good command line statement to force the loading of the playlist and playing it after loading! sure would make automaition a lot easer! I know the Homeseer guys are working on sending commands right to SLINK ports this will also be a lot of help. What's up have not seen a new bata in a while?? Dont mean to complain i just love CDJ and the slink! What about a real network version too. One that is aware of the clinets running?
