The receiver can still be getting signals through the box beleive it or not. A better way to turn it off is to disable IR in the Slink-e configuration.
Try unplugging the S-link connections and see what happens. This may help you determine the source. S-link equipment is never really off.
Colby will probably recognize what those codes are but he's on vacation until the week after next.
