Re: Sony PCX300 Device File?

I hate to sound like a newbie, but how do you get to the "menu" in the CD-PCX300? I read all the documentation, and they included a pamphlet on the Control A1 II, but no indication of how to get to it. There is no menu button on the remote, unless I missed it. More info, please?

Even if the new control system was enabled, it would seem that the device file would have to be different... the PCX200 device file allows 8 characters for the BCD disk number, and can only address 200 (FE). Even if it were all hex (FF) would be only 255.

I've almost got this whole thing working, this is the last little stumbling block... I appreciate your help and the rest of the list.
