2. the cdsls file contains commands to send to the player, the cdslr one contains responses from the player. you will want to load both to see all of the messages. Make sure you have the device files associated with the correct S-Link ports as well.

5. "power_up" isn't a valid command.

I suspect you don't have your loaded device files connected to any ports.
