Sony VisionTouch Receiver

In my first pass through documentation, etc., I have not found any reference that might allow me to use Slink-E to additionally supplement/replace my Sony "Air-Egg" remote. I'm really looking to create a macro that will take my receiver through a series of pre-defined events. There's a certain amount of "persistence" with VisionTouch (comes on at last state, "cursor" sitting over last command, that kind of thing), so I'm wondering if I should even be spending time on figuring out if I can use my Slink-E as an alternative device. Any sage advice?
