CDJ will not connect to CDDB

I just got my slinke...hooked it up to my CX90ES. It read the discs (I started with only 4 as a test) It queed(sp) them to download disc info from CDDB.com. Unfortunately I get an error message 12029 cannot connect to server...... and says I may have a bad connection to the internet. I have tried it on 3 different computers with 2 ISP's. I even downloaded another program which allows me to access the cddb database with no problem. Any ideas? Thanks Jack
