It happened about a week ago to me. I narrowed it down to my MP3 volumes and just deleted them all. I haven't had any problem since. Since my databases are well backed up I wasn't too worried and could just do a binary search for the evil tracks/volumes. I'm not sure which release started having problems with my MP3 volumes, but since I really use CDJ for my jukeboxes I didn't really mind deleting the MP3 references.
