Ack. I need just the reverse: a Toslink input to a digital coax output. And I'm not wild about building them.
I did find one product called Unicon, but I don't even have the URL anymore. Problem was, it was in germany and they needed an international money order. I'm way too lazy to deal with that. You may try looking for them, though.
Anyone else have anything?
