Electrohome help

I am trying to turn an Electrohome projector on via the Slink-e IR function. In the past I have been successful with EZ learn and defining event maps/device for other functions but no luck here.

The carrier frequency for the electrohome is at 336 KHZ and thus out of range of the receiver module. Electrohome was able to supply me with their IR HEX/Binary prefixes, suffixes and control code but no timing info except some scope traces with overall timing. How can I map the Electrohome IR codes into a device file and how can I figure out the timings for 1's and 0's?
