Remote not working via Slink-e

Hi everyone.

I have a Sony CDP-CX350 changer. It comes with a two-way remote that has an LCD screen -- model RM-DX350.

CDJ works fine for me. But when I point my remote control at the Slink-e and hit Play or Stop or Pause or whatever, nothing happens to the changer.

When running EZ-learn, I can get the waveform of, say, the Play button to apper. But when I hit "Try" I still get nothing.

What's going on?
