Hum

I am user a mixer connecting a cd player and the computer for mp3 files. i love the way it all works but i am getting a bad humm when i connect the pc. even if i turndown the inputs for the pc the humm is still there. if i disconnect the pc from the mixer the humm goes away. can anyone tell me how i can fix this problem?
