I'm trying DCOM for the first time. I set up a windows 2000 server domain and tried to run cdj on a win98 client and slink-x on a windows 2000 professional workstation. The win98 fails with the error "Couldn't create server object Error code = 0x800706ba" and if I try running cdj on the windows 2000 server it fails with the error "Couldn't create server object Error code = 0x80070003".

I know the beta 3 is probably a bit flaky, but if there's a trick to this ...?
