hi, i had a similar occurance yesterday, which i posted to the mailing list since nirvis.com was down.

for no particular reason that i could discern, i lost the library slot nos. of an entire changer! the titles, artists were there but no slot nos.

after i restored everything (tedious), a disc in slave was shown as missing in master?!

i located it manually, searched just that slot and got another strange result ( a renumbering of all the discs in the slave). i repeated the procedure and the 'missing' disc was correctly id'd in it's correct slot.

these conditions are difficult to replicate so i wonder if there is an instability of a general nature that is driving this. or something systemic like taking actions while the library is being saved, or other multitasking stuff? don't know and am otherwise thrilled with these capapbilities; i hope this is an anomoly,
