1. I've been working hard to solve this problem, and I thought I had it fixed completely. If you could be kind enough to send me a log file of a startup which DID NOT find a player, I can maybe see what's happening. I'm getting 100% on player locating here....
2. A ghosted album Should only occur if
a) It was discovered missing in a search
b) It was discovered missing during playback
in either case CDJ only greys the disc if the player reports the "no_disc[XX]" response. Your player may report this if it has trouble loading a particular disc, or if you put the playe in the group / block mode.
3. I fixed it. Look for the next release.

6. Can you give me specifics as to your windows display and CDJ Font settings? I tried CDJ at 640x480 with Windows Standard (extra large) and a large Arial font in CDJ and everything looked OK.
