I don't have much insight on this one. Slinkeserv uses standard Windows COM Port API calls and knows nothing about interrupts. It's not doing anything unusual. You may want to make sure that slinkeserv is set to only scan the serial ports where you have slinke-s to avoid disturbing other devices.
