Ok, it's more or less done. I'm emailing it to Colby right now.
I'm running a demo server with it; it has a few bugs (like, it likes to put the current timecode as an entry in the playlist). But it does work pretty reliably.
The demo is broadcasting a 64kbps Real Audio stream. For those rightfully concerned about copyright issues, I'll be picking up an ASCAP and BMI license this week. Have fun, though I have to warn that you probably won't like most of what I listen to :)
