Database difficulties

I am having difficulty viewing the music database w/ Access. I am saving the file in the mdb format, but when I try to open it w/ Access I get the following errors a) Invalid Database Object b) Microsoft Access couldn't create storage space for a Visual Basic Module c) Device I/O Error I am using VB6 and Access 95. Could Access 95 be the problem? Any other ideas?
