I've been doing more or less the same thing for a bit, and even started a web page UI using ASP pages. It even kind of works. You can find it at http://vishnu.frnk.com
It doesn't entirely work, mainly because there's no good way to enumerate the playlist from CDJ's COM interface. But you can browse my cds and pretend to add songs to the playlist. I'd be happy to give out the source code.
