Can no Delete from Library

I added an MP3 album to the Library, then tried to delete it. CDJ asks to confirm the deletion and it was removed from the list. However, next time the Library view was refreshed, the deleted item re-appeared. I also tried deleting the item then immediately saving the library, closing and re-opening CDJ. But the item never goes away. The problem also exists with regular CD's, not just MP3 albums.
