I had a 220 and 240 showing the same problem when operating together in no-delay mode without the Slink-e. After many e-mails and calls Sony admitted there was a problem. It took awhile for the parts but the units are finally repaired. I ran the two machines, in no-delay mode, for about 4 hours with no freeze-ups so I assume they are fixed.
Now they are connected back up to the Slink-e which worked great all along anyways.
