No it wouldn't be. While I might be wrong, I'm pretty sure the CDJ software cannot be used with the PCLK-MD1 hardware, as the CDJ software only talks with the slink-e. What I am sure of is that the Sony MZR55 cannot be used with the PCLK-MD1 as the PCLK talks to MiniDisc machines over the Control-A1 port, and the MZR55 has none. The MZR55 remote commands the MZR55 by putting a resistance across two of the remote pins.
Keep in mind I might be wrong :)
