Text downloading Problem

I have just received my SLINK-E and spent the weekend figuring it all out.

I hooked it up to my Sony CDP-CX90EF and it works fine. However off the 172 discs of information that I downloaded from CDJ to my player there was about a dozen disc where the info was garbled. This garbled data seemed to take 3 forms; simple wrong letters in disc, artist of track names; total nonsence and the worst form where it would start writing info to the disc then switch to another disc and continue overwriting that discs correct info.

I tried disconnecting everything from the player and downloading multiple time the same disc but with the same results. The info in CDJ looks okay.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
