If you want the first digit to represent the player your numbers would have to be as follows:
disk 1 in player 1: 1001
disk 1 in player 2: 2001
disk 1 in player 3: 3001

Using only 2 digits for the disk would (obviously) limit you to 100 disks/player. Alternatively, and maybe this is what you meant, 0-199 is player 1, 200-399 is player 2, etc. though this is complex and would limit us to 200 disk players.
