I ran into the same problem, here is my workaround. I saved every disk as an individual playlist. My Home theater control program allows my wife to bring up either true playlists or "individual playlists" which are stored in a folder called CD's.

Sounds time consuming, but it really wasn't. It took me about 30 minutes to do 75 disks.

If there is a better way I would like to know it.
