Yet another CDJ Automation request, OR is there a way to...?

I have a situation were the analog outputs of my CD players are daisy chained into a multiroom distribution system whereas the digital outputs each go to a seperate input on my digital preamp in my home theater. With your help, I was able to build an IR cable with a Xantech IR emiter, a device map, an IR command file, etc. to control the preamp to switch inputs as each song is played off of the playlist and it all works great! BUT, (Isn't there always a but?) if I were watching a movie in the theater, and my wife was downstairs listening to music, CDJ would be switching inputs on my preamp even though I want it to stay on the DVD input. As I mentioned to you I am designing my own simplified GUI to control CDJ through the automation interface. I want to have a checkbox to choose whether or not CDJ should control the preamp in the theater. Unfortunately the device map is going to try to control it everytime CDJ switched players. So, is there currently a way to get around this problem, or could you add command to allow the device map to be loaded through the automation interface? That way users could have multiple map files and load different ones based on the current state. What do you think?
