New CDJ Version

I've put a new version of CDJ on the site. One of the main features of this version is the ability to do event "mapping" - that is execute any commands (CDJ or Slink-e) in response to any CDJ / Slink-e events. You can do all kinds of stuff with this, including control of CDJ with an IR remote - without any additional programs. The only missing piece is the version of E-Z learn which can generate the necessary bidirection IR device files. I'll try to get one out within a week.
