You can do it two ways:
1) There are a series of "IR over S-Link" codes in the cdpcx200ca.cde file which match 1 to 1 with the remote keys. You will need to poll the player mode to know which mode you are currently in though.
2) You can issue a remote mode on-off sequence to reset back to the continuous play mode.
