CDJ problem

Twice I have come home to find CDJ rapidly going thru the playlist. The carasoul in the cd player ended up just spinning around backwards and fowards. Im sure thats not too good as far as wearing it out goes :(
Any one else have the same thing happen?? Its a CDP-CX 250 - Slinke 2.0 and the latest (Pre Holiday) CDJ direct to the Slinke (No slinkx) Once was under a vanilla 95b install, the other in NT4/SP3/IE5
