Anybody got MP3 working?

I loaded an MP3 file on my PC. I can open and play it with the windows media player. I added the file to the CDJ Library with the MP3 button. When I drag the entry to the Playlist and choose play, the file appears in the playlist but nothing happens. Am I missing something???
