Two players at the same time

I have a problem where both of my players (CX151, CX205) will go into play mode at the same time. This occurs usually during shuffle mode. It does not seem to have any pattern. Has anyone else seen similar problems? I suspect it may have something to do with my older cx151, but I am not sure.

Second problem relates to IR. I have the IRTXONLY cde file set up to turn off/turn on, and control volume. However, from time to time, CDJ stops recognizing the device name and reports a device name not found error in the slink window. The only way I seem to get it working again is by deleting the device file, adding it back and restarting CDJ. Any suggestions?
