DCOM tunneling?

Has anyone gotten the DCOM over HTTP tunneling in NT service pack 4 working? No matter what I do, my client machine is trying to connect out to port 135, which isn't going to work behind this firewall.
To make matters worse, it seems that DCOM setting changes require a reboot to take effect, so it's a real pain to troubleshoot.
Anyone?
