DCOM started on NT4.0.
You can upgrade 95 to DCOM95 free from Microsoft
I think 98 comes with DCOM98 built in, but I'm not sure. I have a version of DCOM98.EXE on one of my MSDN discs, so I suspect you can get it from Microsoft free if you don't have it already.
