CX270 - Error message "Memo Download Failed"

I own the CD-Player CDP-CX270 and have following problem:
I can´t download or upload "CD - text / memo" of this Player.
At the download a CD (the just active) breaks the program with it
Error message "Memo Download Failed" from
(with or without prior Discsearch).
If I indicate the download all CD´s, the program gives among other things them
Feedback "cdslr002:no_delete_file" at. If I me the "CD - library"
in the textviwer the name examine, exists only the CD ("CD-Name") (not all 16
Signs of the Memo of the Players were taken over), the titles and all other data are missing.
Likewise I have at the tried " search" all CD´s problems
(the program transmits the commands more quickly at the Player, that the program evaluates them/it/her,
that means, he/it recognizes from the 200 CD´s just times 20 - 30).
Perhaps still a couple of inspirations to your Programm...
I miss painfully the manual jumping of CD to CD
(forward / backwards + / - ). Likewise it would be beautiful, if one on
the respective CD in it " CD Library" clicks, that the program also
the respective CD plays. How do I can besides in it
" Playlist" more than 5 CD´s discontinue ?
