Try adding a remote_on or remote_off command in your event setup for
the CD player. I don't remember which makes it work correctly off hand.
Try it in the s-link window.
For instance if you CD player is known "cdsls001" then to try sending
cdsls001:remote_on or cdsls001:remote_off. One of them should put the
player in the state that you want.
