New CDJ Version

I've released a new version of CDJ on the website. This will be that last version which doesn't support the SlinkX ActiveX control. The next version will allow you the option of direcly interfacing to the Slink-e or using the A/X control. I just have a few details to work out and then I'll release it. I've been using it successfully with DCOM on my LAN with no problems. There may be some problems over the Internet due to latency issues with CDJ control though. Even so, you eventually will be able to control CDJ via SlinkX and this could easily happen across the Internet.

The new version installs both the compiled version of the HTMLHelp as well as the uncompiled help web. CDJ will first try to run HTMLHelp if you have it, and will otherwise display the local web using your default java-enabled browser. Hopefully this will allow everyone to view the help (which is still just getting started) whether they have HTMLHelp / IE40 or not.
