TV adapter

I know this is a bit on the side, but I'm getting my low spec pc dedicated for running cdj this weekend. The only thing I lack now is a adapter that lets me get the picture on a pal tv. Any help on this?

As I will run linux on the computer as well, I'd like something that can be used with both linux and windows.

The pc will be a HP 486 25 with RAM and HD as needed.
