Minor feature requests and bugs

I have a couple of minor feature requests.

o ability to set pre queuing delay. Right now if pre queuing is turned on, CDJ cues up the next CD as soon as it finishes playing the current one. Often is the "quietest" time as the new track is just starting. The changer whirring noise kinda breaks up the ambiance.

o cue but don't put CD player in "pause". (Or at least delay putting the player in "pause" until it's closer to the time to start playing) With the CX240/CX220 the disc memo is only display when the CD is *NOT* playing. This means that with CDJ controlling the players I never see the disc memo.

These two features will allow me to see what is about to play and what just played.

On the bug front. Occasionally CDJ fails to cue up the next CD. Happens most often when starting a playlist. I'll try to get log file grab of this (I'm almost resigned to leaving logging turned on).

I also notice that sometimes CDJ will remove the current playing song from the top of the playlist other times it remains as the first item on the list.
