Slink-e not found

I'm running a 850Mhz Sony laptop with Windows Me, three Sony changers CX-210, CX-225 and CX-335, with a Sony 935 receiver. Last night I installed my slink-e without a single problem (10 minutes), put just one disc in each player as a test, tried out a short playlist and everything worked great. The only connection I didn't make was to the reciever to control input switching. Tonight I connected the reciever, launched CDJ and slink-e not found. SLink-e serve also returned a not found. The port appears to be working fine and the slink-e light shows a steady green. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
